Brief Summary: This study analyzed gene expression in subcutaneous adipose tissue samples of adults with obesity collected before and after the hyperinsulinemiceuglycemic clamp or control saline infusion. They demonstrate that insulin regulates clock genes both murine human adipocytes adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs).
